As breakfast, but also as lunch or snack.Preperation: Open pouch at tear notch. Unfold bottom. Add 300ml boiling water (up to fill line B). Stir well and close zipper. Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Stir again. Ready to eat a massive 45g of protein.
