I take Immufix as it really does boost's your immune system. I get less colds all year round.

It mixes very easily in water or skimmed milk and easy to drink. I like it with s/s milk best.

You have to remember diet comes in to play . As for building muscle and losing fat that's very hard to do especially if you don't have much knowledge . Best dropping body fat with diet and lean whey or whey then bulking up when you've lost some fat

I have lost quite a bit of weight and use Diet Whey. I started taking up running this year after the Olympics and feel and look great. Wish I had started running years ago !!! Very good service from Goprotein.

Tastes lovley mate and not sickly at all and also easy for ur stomach to handle if u bloat easy.
