If you train hard you need to try this. It helps your body recover after a a session . Wouldn't do without it.

Most of our club runners are on the TRF and find it good for recovery. Just bought the new fuel they have taken out. Good products and good web site to buy from, and delivery is the next day which is a + . ( ARB Runners )

New TRF 2:1 is a fantastic product. I have used trf for about 18 months as I cycle a lot and find their new product superb. It does what it say's on the tub. If you want the very best recovery product on the market, you got try this. J Mullan.

I take the Power protein & TRF. They both are great. Just started taking the Fuel when I am working out.The Fuel helps your thirst.
