As far as gains go it is supporting the muscle groups massively. This is the best product I've used for along time. And I've tried allot, USN, 90+, maxi ect. And far as carbs go it's each to there own really. You no your body and how it works also what it likes. Carbs no probs for me.

I got pretty big off one tub. I wouldn't recommend 2 tubs however or you probably look too big and people start avoiding you. Probably 1.5 tubs is the best amount

For people who suffer with bad ibs this is the best shake out there biy far iv keep my weight on and gives me the out came I need in the gym I look ripped bin on this for about 8 weeks now and saying on it lol

I have been taken Goprotein whey for 6 months now and feel magic, mixes good, and it works really well with my weight training . I have tried lots of different proteins in the past but this is the best so far. People that weight train like me should try this one. sevice within 24hrs. ( nice one )

I have had bad pains in my fingers for some months now and tried joint flex to see if it would help me. After about 10 days i felt less pain in my fingers and it has also helped me with my back problem. Recommend .

Since I started taken glutamine I feel my muscles are not so sore after my workouts. I seem to have put on some good muscle shape. Never used this until a few months ago and started adding this to my protein shake 3 times a day.

I can't afford to buy loads of protein every month but thanks to my mate he told me to look on your web site. I wanted to bulk up and he said to get this one as he put on loads of weight. Hope it works for me cause he is about 2 stone heavier than me now.
