It's really decent stuff. A bit thick if you use the full scoops but I have put on loads of mass with it. Buy if you want to be bigger.

ordered last week and was using ttp anabolic from nrg fuel before and atm I can say it's really good :) strength levels are improving and it's cheaper and bigger what more can be said

Your protein shakes very good with your 20g of protein and very low sugar. I take with water and no lumps when mixed. I take 4 servings a day and like Banana. Very good protein .

Having been diagnosed this year with osteoporosis especially worse in the spine, I refused the NHS drugs and opted for your product Bone Support. Combined with Vit D and a multi vitamin tablet my bloods are now normal. I also do an hour at the gym 2-3 mornings a week to help build bone density.
