I have been taken Power for 3 months and it has improved my training considerably . I do cross country running and cycling . It has many good ingredients in it. It tastes good, but I didn't buy it for the taste, just the product. But it helps when it tastes so good as well. Essex Girl !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I train 5 days a week in gym and have been trying out Goprotein Power. I started on it 3 months now and have seen incredible results. My weight is up with good muscle and I now bench pressing just over 150 k. I like to tell people to try.

Muscle Power tells you what it is as I have found out since using it my upper and lower body have become far more stronger and my definition has changed. Would recommend this protein to anybody as I have only heard good feedback from other guy's in the gym. Dave.

I have been on protein for many years and switched over to the Goprotein Power. I have been taken the Tutti Frutti flavour and it has a really good taste, mixes no problem, easy on my stomach , and works well on my muscles. Goprotein Answer:For the best results use 2-3 servings of Muscle power daily. Best to take one full serving 60-90 minutes before your intensive work-out and one full serving 20-30 min after you have finished.

The results I have had from being on Power for just over seven weeks is incredible. I have been working out for over a year now and never quite got there. But my mate said to try this and I see the change in my body already. Must tell everybody to try this, as it's so good to pack on muscle. By looking at the posts it seems to be the one. NW.
