Hey 1234 R U A ROBOT!!!! It's a BIG drink because its to put on BULK mate. It doz say you can take 2 scoops and not the 4 if need be. So try that. It works great with me and I take it every day and at dat price for 5kg is amazing.

I recommend goprotein as we have it in our health club. Their protein powder tastes good with milk. (from Warrington)

For breakfast have a couple of boiled eggs a bit of brown toast with no butter and a diet shake. Skip your lunch and have another shake, as that will fill you up. Then at dinner have a salad (no fry's). No snacking in between and cut out all the sweets , fiz drinks , cakes etc. You will definitely start loosing weight doing this. Annie.
