I am now 67 years old and have suffered from ME for 12 years and as a consequence was virtually forced into retirement almost 10 years ago. Whilst the condition had improved over time I had reached a plateau some years ago where my condition was liveable with but nevertheless imposed restrictions on my lifestyle.

I must say at the outset I had great doubts about trying Immufix since over the years, and probably in common with many other ME suffers; I had tried various treatments with no noticeable benefits.

Since I started taking diet whey I have been loosing weight. I miss out my afternoon lunch and take a shake instead.

I bought my first tub of lemon & lime Fuzion in my gym. I did what it said on the label but only took 1 scoop instead of 2 scoops. It is fair to say 1 scoop is enough as it really gave me a buzz with my workout. I would recommend Fuzion as I have tried many other pre-workout ones which tasted horrible.

On to my 3rd tub of Forrest Fruit Diet Whey, and can honestly say this is the best diet i have been on for years . I have lost 23lbs in a couple of months.
