My gym have also got a Protein Station. It's the best thing they ever did.
To get protein shakes without all the crap in it is smart. Goprotein are my first choice when I buy protein and good service.

My trainer told me to try Goprotein which I did. I have started to buy all my protein from them and have just bought a tub of L-Glutamine, so hope this helps me with my recovery, as been really sore lately. Very good to deal with and my stuff always arrives next day.

I fancy trying this choc mint. Had their choc peanut butter which I thought was all right and if they keep it at that price £6.59 kg I will buy loads more. Good web site to buy from and delivery was next day.

I was taken banana diet whey for just over a month, it's not my favourite but I certainly started loosing weight. I changed over to chocolate and love this one . I take it with s/s milk and do recommend it if you want to lose some weight. Sophie Agustina .

It gets better as you progress with your training. I have put on some serious bulk with this mass gainer.
