Another day in the gm working out after my porridge in the morning with my chocolate protein shake. All tastes good but spend a fortune with goprotein, but really like what they do.

The thing about the Goprotein range as i see it is that it is not complicated like most of the protein companies out there. You start off with the Gopro Whey which i must say is a fantastic 20g per 25g serving of protein drink with good results, and if you want to spend a bit more, get on to the GoPro Power. Now the MUSCLE Power has everything you need with 31g of protein per 50g serving . I would suggest if you train hard and want to acheive great results, this is the best of protein by far. I like Goprotein cause, was using Maximuscle, and the taste of their protein is not as good as goprotein's. It's the best i've tasted, and their porridge is really good tasting. Good alround delivery service.
