What I like about this drink is there is virtually no sugar in it. Sugar 0.8 per scoop is less than a quarter of a tea spoon. I recommend it.Alison Brown - London

Hi Everyone,
Great to read such fantastic views but i was wondering if anyone could recommend the best things to eat? I was previoulsy doing slimming world & a typical day would be: Shake in the morning, cerial mid morning, fruit at 12, low fat super noodles (free on SW) at 2, Muller light about 4 then dinner in the evening. Would i be better off replacing my noodles for something else?
Any help would be great

I have just started working out early this year in my local gym and was told about Goprotein Diet Whey. I was 20 stone when i started, and never trained before. Since beeing on their diet whey it has really helped me with my training. I am now down to just under 16 stone and it really tastes great with milk. It is good protein actually, I will go even further and tell you that I have lost loads of weight being on this. It doesn't just happen over night but when it kicks in you start to see it come off you.

Hello K,you dont say if you do any exercise? What has worked for me is,i go to the gym 3 times a week to do classes and started eating properly as i was well over weight.My eating habits have changed, so now i am eating a pot of porridge in the morning before I go to work, which really fills me up.My break I have green tea (no suger and no fizzy drinks as they are loaded with suger) at lunch I have a tuna sandwich with my diet protein shake, then at about 3pm I have another green tea. At 5.30pm i go to the gym, do my class for an hour then have another diet shake. I then go home and make myself a nice salad with either chicken, fish or tuna. I have now lost over 2 stones. Hi was just wondering how you all take the shakes! I've been working out 5 times a week and drinking a shake before I work out and a shake after I work out and I also skip a meal.... If I'm working out should I eat 3 meals a day and drink 2 shakes or am I right to skip a meal? Any advice would be great. Thank you
Hi Kay,
It depends what you are trying to achieve.If it's to lose weight you can miss a meal when you take the Diet shakes as you do. One shake 60-90min before you train and the other within 30min after you train. These are the best times to take the Diet shake. If you are training 5 times per week and take the Diet shakes and miss a meal you will certainly lose weight and look leaner.If on the other hand you train 5 times per week and you dont want to lose to much weight, you can still take the Diet shakes with 3 meals per day. But I would suggest you count your calorie in take.
Our 25g pure protein Porridge first thing in the morning is a great start to the day.
